Essentialiese was honoured to provide candles at the Church service for Dame Vivienne Westwood, in Tintwistle, in January 2023.

The chosen fragrance “Havana” was selected as the scent notes seemed so appropriate for the occasion. Havana is a beautiful vintage, woody, and opulent fragrance. With scent notes of lemon, mint cognac leading into notes of iris wood, vetivert, incense, and musk.

 

The candle has now been renamed “Vivienne” in her memory. With Vivienne's love for tartan, I have finished the candle with my late Grandfather's family tartan. Which I think looks absolutely stunning. This is something very personal to me and I hope Vivienne would have loved it as much as I love it.

Product Care:

 

Always allow your candle to melt to the edges of the glass. This is especially important on the first few burns of your candle, to avoid 'tunnelling'. This will take approximately 3-4 hours.

 

 

Trim wick to 5mm between every burn, to prolong the life of your candle and ensure a safe, steady flame. 

 

 

Avoid burning for more than four hours at a time and never leave unattended.
