Deliveries and Returns
At Essentialiese I always aim to provide you with your beautiful, hand poured products as quickly as possible. I pride myself on excellent customer service as well as bringing you excellent quality luxury products.

In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we aim to resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible; my customers are hugely important to me.

Shipping:
Every scented product is handmade and poured by me, so I ask all of my customers to allow 3-5 working days for their product to be made. It may be that the product you've ordered has recently been made, so in some instances I am able to ship your order the very next day! After this, standard shipping times apply.

All products will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected between 2-4 business days from day of postage.

Orders over £40 will automatically receive FREE postage which again will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and can be expected to arrive between 2-4 business days from the day of postage.

Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product that you have received, I will be happy to refund the cost of that item, following the item being returned tome. Please note I must receive the item back in perfect condition. Please note, I cannot cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged or faulty.
Lost/Damaged Items
Any items shipped to you are wrapped carefully and well-protected. However, occasionally items can become damaged or get lost during shipping which is unfortunately out of my hands.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, I will send out a replacement as soon as physically possible. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.
​
If your order has not arrived within 12 working days of the shipment date, I will of course assist with locating the item and if it has been lost in transit then a new product will be sent to you.
